If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. You must notify us by email or phone and tell us the reason for the return. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. 2. Prepare your product Pack the product you are returning properly and securely, preferably in the original packaging. Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. 3. Send us your package Send the package (with Track&Trace) to the return address described here: Please note. Get the purchase amount refunded to your account A full refund will be issued via the original payment method after we receive your return. If possible, items should be returned in their original condition and as undamaged as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the payment method you used. The purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account or other payment method within two business days. Please note: Always contact our customer service before returning your order. Orders returned without prior contact cannot be refunded. Hygiene items A list of hygiene items that cannot be returned and are non-refundable (the list is not exhaustive): underwear, bikini, make-up, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and, for the safety of our customers, reject the return of beauty and health products. Damaged or defective items If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately and send photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Received wrong product: If you accidentally received a wrong product, please contact us as well to receive the correct item at no additional cost. Item not received If your item has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate the situation and find a suitable solution. Order cancellations An order can only be cancelled 5 minutes after it has been placed. After 3 hours, our orders are stopped for processing and then cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact vagxxffmkum@hotmail.com after placing your order. The return is always at the sender's risk, return costs will not be refunded.
